New Feature – Inspections in OpSynk: Smooth Overview and Quality Control
We’re excited to introduce a long-awaited addition to OpSynk – Inspections! A powerful tool for anyone who wants to stay on top of recurring checks, checklists, or field inspections.
What is "Inspections"?
With Inspections activated, you can quickly and easily set up structured inspection flows. Each inspection consists of groups with checkpoints, helping you organize the checklist by area, type of check, or department.
Everything is drag-and-drop – so you can easily rearrange both groups and checkpoints to match your workflow perfectly.
Performing an Inspection
When an employee performs an inspection, they go through each checkpoint one by one and choose to:
✅ Approve
❌ Reject
If a checkpoint is rejected, the user can:
- Select one or more predefined fault reasons
- Add a comment or description
- Attach a photo to illustrate the issue
Clear Follow-Up
Once the inspection is complete, it can be approved and closed, making it visible in the admin panel. There, managers get a clear overview of:
- Completed inspections
- Deviations and issues
- Attached photos and comments
- History of previous inspections
