At OpSynk, we continuously improve our system to make it easier to plan, execute, and invoice service jobs. We are now launching several new features that give you even better control over costs and time, enabling you to create a complete invoice basis directly in the system.
With our new price groups, you can create different types of hourly rates, for example for summer workers, apprentices, or senior staff. Each price group defines an hourly cost and can be linked to an employee – making it easy to calculate the actual cost of worked time.
You no longer need to manually handle hourly rates and get more accurate and automated invoicing where the correct price is always used – based on both the job type and who performed the work.
Time reporting on a work order is a central function in OpSynk, and we’ve now improved it further to give you:
Time reporting is a core feature in OpSynk, and we’ve now enhanced it in both the mobile app and the planning view on the web. This means you can easily report worked time – whether you’re in the field or at the office.
All reported hours are automatically linked to the correct employee and price group, giving you full control and simplifying invoicing. Planning and follow-up become clearer, and work order management more efficient.
To follow up on and invoice material costs, we’ve added support for articles in the system. An article can, for example, be a pipe, a fuse, or other materials used during a job. By registering articles, you get a clear overview of what was used and at what cost.
You can now add materials directly to a job instance. Just like with work hours, everything is collected on the work order, creating a clear and complete basis for invoicing.
For jobs where a fixed price has been agreed upon, you can now enter a fixed amount directly on the work order. This is perfect for package solutions or projects with a fixed budget. All time and materials are still recorded – but they do not affect the customer price.
With these updates, you now have even better tools to gather all the information needed to create a fully calculated and professional invoice basis – without manual handling, errors, or double work.
Whether you invoice by the hour, with material markup, or at a fixed price, you now have the tools in place for full control.
You get, among other things:
With OpSynk, the path from completed work to invoice becomes both easier and more secure.
