You can now easily share the results of an inspection directly from OpSynk – no extra steps, no manual work. With our new built-in sharing feature, a shareable link is automatically generated once the inspection is finalized. Just send the link to your client, and they can view the full results right in their browser – no login or setup required.

How it works

Once an inspection is completed:

• Click “Share inspection”

• A unique, public link is instantly created

• Send the link to your client – done!

Prefer to send a file instead? No problem. You can also download the inspection results in several formats:

Excel (XLSX) – great for deeper analysis

CSV – perfect for system imports

XML – structured and ready for integrations
