New Built-In Support Ticket System in OpSynk

We are excited to announce that OpSynk now has a fully integrated support ticket system. This means you can easily reach out to our support team and receive quick feedback without ever leaving the platform.

With the new system you can:

• Send questions directly to support and follow the conversation in real time

• Attach images to clarify your request

• Select the type of question you want to ask to get the right help faster

• Track the status of your ticket whether it is not started, open, or closed

You can find the support feature in OpSynk under /administration/support.

Our plan is to also make support available in the mobile app in the future. This will allow you to submit questions and track your tickets both from the web and directly in the app.

This is another step in our mission to make OpSynk even more user-friendly and to ensure you get the help you need right where you are.
