Easier onboarding in OpSynk
Starting with a new system should not feel like a project of its own. That is why we have rebuilt the onboarding in the OpSynk manager. As a new user, you are now guided step by step from your first login to your first scheduled work order, so your team can get going from day one.
A guided start in the manager
The first time you log in to the manager, a guided setup walks you through the essentials:
• Your company – add your company details, language and time zone, so schedules and reports show the right times.
• Your team – add your employees and invite them to the OpSynk mobile app.
• Your customers – add customers one by one, or import your existing customer list from a CSV file in one go.
• Your first work order – create and schedule a work order, and see how scheduling, time reporting and the invoice basis fit together.
You can pause at any step and pick up where you left off. Nothing is locked in, and everything can be changed later in the settings.
Why we made onboarding simpler
Many service companies tell us the same thing: switching from Excel, paper or an older system takes time they don't have. The quicker you get your customers, team and first jobs into OpSynk, the sooner you stop chasing hours and copying data between spreadsheets.
With the new onboarding, you don't need to read a manual or book a long training session to get started. The setup shows you what matters first, and the rest of OpSynk is there when you need it.
Help when you need it
Short explanations along the way show what each part of the manager does. If you get stuck, our built-in support is always close at hand under Administration → Support, where you can ask a question, attach a screenshot and follow your ticket.
