A redesigned OpSynk
This autumn we have gone through OpSynk screen by screen. Several of the pages you use most in the manager have a new design, and the mobile app is easier to read. Here is a summary of what has changed.
A homepage that shows what needs doing
The manager's homepage now has a to-do widget that shows how many items are waiting per type and which are most urgent. For the full picture there is a dedicated to-do page with filters and search. A badge in the sidebar shows how many items are waiting, even when the sidebar is collapsed.
Scheduling in a grid
The employee planner is now a grid with employees as rows and days as columns. It's easier to see who is available and where the gaps are. You can also schedule a job across several days directly from the calendar. Read more about scheduling in OpSynk.
A clearer invoice basis
The page where you create an invoice basis has been rebuilt with tabs, summaries and easier selection. You see what's included before you create it, and picking the right jobs takes fewer clicks.
The same layout on more pages
Pages in the manager share a common header with better contrast and visible keyboard focus. Settings, profile and staff pages follow the same layout with clearer sections. Work orders and inspection rounds have a shared header with status chips, and forms have clearer labels and hints.
The roles page is new as well. Permissions are grouped and searchable, so setting up a role with the right access is quicker.
A mobile app that's easier to read
In the mobile app we have updated layouts and spacing so it's easier to read and tap the right thing out in the field. You can also change the language directly in the app.
Thanks for your feedback
Many of these changes come from you who use OpSynk every day. Keep it coming through the built-in support under Administration → Support.
