Send quotes straight from OpSynk
You can now create quotes in the OpSynk manager and send them to customers without leaving the system. The customer gets the quote as a PDF by email and replies with one click. No Word templates, no PDFs to put together by hand and no separate quoting tool on the side.
Quotes is an add-on that is turned on per company.
How to create a quote
You'll find quotes under Offers in the manager's sidebar.
- Fill in the basics – title, description, language and how long the quote is valid. You can also set a planned start and end date for the job.
- Choose the recipient – a customer from your client records, or just an email address for a one-off request.
- Add line items – work and materials with quantity, unit and price. Lines can be linked to your articles, and working hours are marked separately. The total is calculated for you.
When you save, OpSynk creates a PDF and emails the quote to the customer straight away.
The customer replies through a link
The email has buttons to accept or decline. The customer lands on a simple page showing the quote, with no login and nothing to install. The page also shows how long the quote is valid. After that date, the link is no longer valid.
Once the customer has replied, you see it on the quote in the manager, and the customer gets a confirmation with the PDF attached.
Keep track of every quote
All quotes are collected in one list with their status, so you can see which are accepted, which were declined and which are still waiting. Old quotes can be archived to keep the list tidy. If the customer needs the email again you can resend it, and the PDF can always be downloaded from the quote page.
Permissions let you decide who on your team can create, view and edit quotes.
